'Diary of the Dead' Short Film Winners Announced

Romero’s ‘Diary of the Dead,’ we are pleased to announce the winning short films from five young rising directors selected from a nationwide contest launched earlier this year on MySpace.
Hundreds of people sent in their short films to be judged by their peers, but Romero had the upper-hand in selecting the winners. The grand prize short film was ‘The Final Day,’ while the other chosen ones were ‘Deader Living Through Chemistry,’ ‘Opening Night of the Living Dead,’ ‘& Teller’ and ‘Run For Your Life.’ Check out all of the shorts, which will be featured on the ‘Diary of the Dead’ DVD, below!
Deader Living Through Chemistry
My favorite was ‘Run For Your Life’ because it had a ‘Shaun of the Dead’ feel to it. Plus it was pretty dang funny!
