Heath Ledger Wins SAG Award

Heath Ledger was awarded the SAG award for Best Supporting Actor for his role as The Joker in last year’s “The Dark Knight.”

This award comes just one week after he was awarded a Golden Globe for his role as The Joker, along with an Oscar nomination for Best Supporting Actor. We will have to wait until February to see if he wins a Academy Award.

Joaquin Phoenix — Great Actor, Horrible Rapper

It was only a few months ago when Joaquin Phoenix announced that he was going to retire from acting to pursue his musical career. Sure, he did a great job as Johnny Cash in “Walk The Line,” but just because he was good at singing country doesn’t mean he would be good at doing hip-hop.

Last night was the debut of Phoenix’s hip-hop career, and you can see how horribly he did by watching the first video below. The second video is of him trying to pump up the crowd and then exiting the stage, where the whole performance just falls on its face.


Oh Joaquin, how I miss you as an actor already…
