New trailers for BAD TEACHER and THINGS FALL APART

Let’s start off with Things Fall Apart. This is the new film from Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as he explores the effects of cancer on a high school football player. What we have below is an unofficial trailer, but what is shown is absolutely terrible. Oh my God is it bad. The story is apparently based on the true story of a neighbord of Jackson’s that died from cancer. Sure, the intentions behind the movie are good and should be moving, but what we see in this trailer is more than cringe worthy. Mario Van Peebles and Ray Liotta co-star in the film that was also wo-written by Jackson himself. Check out the trailer for Things Fall Apart after the jump.

Ouch…Now onto something not quite as cringe-worthy. We already saw a red-band trailer for the new comedy Bad Teacher, coming from Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake and Jason Segel. I thought the red-band trailer had a lot of good laughs, but also a lot of jokes that fell flat. This new “green-band” trailer is much of the same we’ve already seen, but a bit less vulgar.
