Box Office Report: ‘21′ Holds ‘Em

The card-counting thriller ‘21′ continues to rule to box office, even after stiff competition showed up this weekend. George Clooney’s ‘Leatherheads’ debuted this weekend, falling just short of ‘21.’

‘Nim’s Island,’ starring that cute little girl from ‘Little Miss Sunshine,’ Abigail Breslin, was able to take in third place right behind ‘21′ and ‘Leatherheads.’

‘Horton Hears a Who’ manages to keep in the top 5, while ‘The Ruins’ manages to make it into the top 5. The children’s film beat out the R-rated horror by $1.5 million for the collective weekend. You can see the full weekend-report below.
